This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a great swimming pool, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans, making me feel welcome. Highly recommend for a cozy stay! I'm coming back for Xmas.

I had a nice stay here, enjoying the cozy Two-Bedroom Suite and the relaxing hot tub by the pool. I loved unwinding in the pool area and taking in the fresh air on the lovely patio. The only downside was a small issue with the Wi-Fi signal, but it didn't really spoil the fun! 🌟

Nice family area with a game room, but the bathroom cleanliness was a concern.

Struggled with key access for all five rooms booked. the front desk staff had to let us in with a master key multiple times. Our room had cigarette burns in the sheets, black mold in the bathroom, and unclean conditions overall, making the stay uncomfortable. The continental breakfast only offered basic cereals, and the noise levels were high, disrupting sleep. The only positive was the front desk clerk, who was genuinely kind and apologetic about the several issues we faced.

Nice staff and a very clean room. The outdoor pool was refreshing. The only downside? The pool was closed during our stay.

Had a lovely stay! The lobby store-bistro is like a mini Wawa—so convenient! Plus, my room was impressively spacious with a massive bathroom and clean all around. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.
The WiFi was about as reliable as a chocolate teapot—kept dropping! And don’t get me started on the AC, it was more of a gentle breeze than an actual air conditioner.

We had a fun family trip exploring the nearby attractions. My teenage daughter especially loved the beautiful park we visited nearby with friends.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs better security for families.

Family-friendly for a peaceful getaway
The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, a nice cozy setup where the kids could play and have their own space. The staff? Unmatched. They really took care of our needs.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

I loved the location of the Williamsburg Suites. It’s central and made it easy to reach local restaurants and attractions. The room I had was spacious, with a huge bathroom that had a lovely mirror. The housekeeping staff frequently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Mr Dietrick at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. My room had some wear and tear. for example, a lock issue and some stains on the bedding. Breakfast options were quite basic, just bread and cold cereal. Overall, I felt welcome and comfortable, but there were definitely some aspects that could be improved.

The lobby's warm décor felt like a cozy hug, and the wide corridors made it easy for my friends and me to navigate with ease. The staff was remarkably accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met throughout our stay.
More accessible seating in public areas would be helpful.
